Arrival in San Diego

Well, after one long new years eve we finally made it to San Diego! The pets all made it even with a VERY tight connection in Atlanta. The critters all seem fairly well adjusted. Quinn is finally getting used to the time change, but is still not sleeping well (could have something to do with 4 teeth trying to pop through at once).

We've gotten to see a bit of cousin Kyan already. Here are the two boys with their happy Grammy.


We've been pretty busy looking around at houses, but have also been taking lots of time to get to know the area and find places for the mutt to run around. Our first outing was to the off leash dog area in Balboa Park. We then found a nice little hiking trail and wandered around a bit.


Then yesterday we went to REI and found a swanky backpack carrier for the kid and hit another trail. This one was in San Clemete Park.  As you can see the weather here is pretty crappy.  :)  I can't believe it's January! 






Merlin has to be more careful here about where he chooses to pee...
