Bike Ride at Santa Rosa Reserve

Well we think we may have a new monthly (ish) tradition.  Jeff's sister, Jaime, and her family live very close to the Santa Rosa Ecological Reserve.  We only recently discovered this spot and have fallen in love with even the small portion of the park that we've visited on our two recent trips.  We hope to make regular trips up there to get the cousins together for some adventures in nature.  This morning we decided to introduce them to mountain biking!  Ha, well sort of....

The boys had a great time.  They love spending time together - no matter what we do - and we love taking them to enjoy the outdoors.  We are already looking forward to our next outing!

Happy Valentine's Day!

For Valentine's Day Quinn was supposed to bring valentines in for his friends at school.  We thought it would be fun to try to make cards instead of using some purchased from the store.  It was awesome!  Q had a ball decorating his cards (and his face), and Jeff and I enjoyed ourselves too.  He was very proud of his creations when we were finished with all 20 of them!  

Ian's Birthday

Quinn's buddy down the street, Ian, had a birthday a couple of weeks ago.  It was a zoo themed party with live animals, which were a huge hit.
