More Savannah photos...

A few more macros...

Photos from one of our many morning walks through Forsyth Park:

Mom and Dad were recruited to make homemade pasta for a party, so Jeff and I were recruited to help out. It was a lot of fun!

New Macro Lens

I got a 90mm macro lens for Christmas this year! What a fun new toy! I went out in the garden to see how it would do and so far I'm loving it!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning in Savannah. We had a busy schedule...eggs benedict with mimosas for breakfast with Tick and Katharine, followed by milk punch with Ron and Jim (though I didn't bring the camera). I was very disappointed to not be able to indulge in the milk punch this year!

Merlin was content with his new toy.

Dad got what he has always asked for....World Peace/Peace on earth...

Christmas Party

This past weekend Courtney and Melissa hosted a Christmas potluck...the theme was "holiday comfort foods". As is frequently the case with this crowd we had an overabundance of AMAZING food and drink. Nothing like getting the holidays off to a good start...

Bathroom Project

I thought maybe I'd start with our most recent house project. We had some structural damage under the bathroom floor. Jeff happily ripped up the floor and crawled under the house to fix the problems. During the process we decided to go ahead and redo the room. Here you can see the process. We're still not quite finished, but you get the idea....

Hello...introducing the fam

So I guess it's time that we finally start a blog...seems like everyone else is doing it and I can't take the peer pressure anymore. Not sure how often we'll get around to updating it, but we'll do our best....

Here are photos of the family in our current state:
