Ocracoke!

We had a mini vacation yesterday! Amy's family vacations each year on the outer banks, only she has been unable to join them since we've been living in NC. Finally this year, months before we depart the state, she was able to get away and make the journey south from Chicago. We met her and her mom, Karen, on Ocracoke for lunch and an afternoon stroll.

Quinn enjoyed the ferry ride so much that he was uninterested in eating during the entire trip! I think he was afraid he was going to miss something.

Surprisingly, I think this is the first family photo we've taken since leaving the hospital! It was impossible to get Q to look at the camera.

He was quite the ham on the trip home.
